a useful tool for improving energy perfor-
mance and for consistently complying with
current regulations in this respect.
This system is implemented for managing
energy and the various installations / main-
tenance of the building, such as electricity,
temperature control, control of the facilities,
etc. The aim is to optimise and rationalise
the use of energy while ensuring complian-
ce with the various legal requisites for buil-
ding management.
One of the key milestones was the reduc-
tion of contracted power by more than 60%
(estimated annual savings of 35,000 euros)
which has made it possible to reduce elec-
tricity consumption by about 6%.
Work is currently being carried out in inves-
tment projects to reduce power consump-
tion by installing LED light fixtures in the
parking facilities and elevator lobbies.
