women’s talent
For the second consecutive year, FCC Aqualia opens two practice workshops
to promote women’s leadership.
Promoted by the Madrid Regional Government and part of the pro-
ject to promote women’s leadership in the corporate world, FCC
Aqualia organised two practice workshops aimed at women and
members of the Human Resources team.
In the first workshop for women, participants received training with a
basically dynamic practical approach in communication, negotiation,
and team management skills. Employees at the Human Resources
department discussed the opportunities offered by flexible organi-
zational policies and the incorporation of different groups in jobs of
responsibility thereby addressing possible imbalances.
These workshops are linked to the Equality Plan which contempla-
tes actions for the career development and progress of women who
work in the company. For the third consecutive year, the plan recei-
ved a positive rating from the Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and
Equality thereby enabling the company to continue using the “Equa-
lity in the Company” seal.
