Mila:
the story
of a
rescue
Last December, the people in charge of
monitoring the outlets in Navalcarnero in-
formed the supervisor, Raúl Parreño Leal,
and the project manager, David Ortega,
that when they were performing their nor-
mal surveillance work at the sanitation net-
work and opened the lid of one of the wells,
they discovered two greyhounds at the
bottom of the well that had been dropped
there from a height of three metres.
After being there for probably a few days,
one of the dogs had died but the other one,
although in a sad conditions, was still alive.
Our colleagues Raul and David, even
though it was a holiday, did not hesitate and
David Ortega
with Mila.
