Mentoring Program
to promote female talent
FCC Aqualia
Six mentor and mentees couples met at the
Las Tablas (Madrid) headquarters in the
context of the 2nd Mentoring Program to
promote female talent. The program
participants came from FCC Aqualia’s Zone
I, II, and III branches as well as from Central
Services.
During the presentation, Carmen Rodríguez,
the head of Human Resources, encouraged
the participants to use the program as
leverage for self-promotion “based on the
right attitude and perseverance in the day-
to-day work.

Resources Department with the support of
Avanda Consultores, the initiative aims to
contribute to a cultural change within the
Company towards gender equality, facilitate
the career development of women working

assess the talent of mentees and to facilitate
relations with people from whom they can
learn and establish a network of contacts
Previous edition
The previous edition of the Mentoring
Program was a success. Five of the
participating mentors showed a great level
of involvement and the mentees rated the
project as an opportunity for development,
thereby contributing to the Company’s
commitment to gender equality.
