The Citizen Services Group accompanies
the new Valencia Federation of Public Ser-
vice Employees of UGT trade union (FeSP
– UGT) during its Constituent Congress last
May where they chose the trade union lea-
ders and defined the basis for defending
the working conditions of public service
workers, protecting their rights as citizens.
Under the theme, “Union makes us strong”,
the first Congress of the sector’s federation
was held with the participation of Luis Suá-
rez, the manager of FCC Environmental
Services Human Resources Department
who was in charge of representing the
Group.
Suárez had to opportunity of speaking at
the event and discussed the importance of
social dialogue within the framework of the
socially responsible management of certain
public services.
