14th edition of the International
Children’s Drawing Contest
The International Children’s Drawing Contest has become a reference in the
cities and towns where FCC Aqualia operates. With this initiative the Company
reinforces its collaboration with schools and city councils. The contest has
become increasingly popular with each new edition thanks to the enthusiasm and
involvement of the children who participate. Besides strengthening the bonds with
institutions, the contest brings to the forefront the resource that we manage and
the work of the company, making youngsters aware of the complexity of the end-
to-end water cycle.
In this 14th edition, a story was written entitled “The water cycle, an adventure
for the brave” where Achedoso, the Magician, and the Water Champions inspire
youngsters in this fun challenge.
Children will be able to participate until 9 May and will have a chance to win prizes
in two categories: individual and group. A Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7” will be given
to each winner of the ten selected drawings and the winning school will receive a
1,000 euro voucher for purchasing school material. In addition, 250 underwater
cameras will be distributed among the finalists and the name of the winners will be
announced at the FCC Aqualia website (www.FCC
Aqualia.es), at all FCC Aqualia
offices and through the twitter @ConcursoDMA account.
