FCC supports the initiative
“Companies for a
society free of gender violence”
FCC is one of the companies playing a lea-
ding role in the video produced by the Go-
vernment Delegation for Gender Violence.
The video shows the actions carried out by
institutions that are members of the Initia-
tive of the Network of Companies against
gender violence.
The video describes the commitment of
companies to eradicate gender violence in
society. As regards FCC, it shows some of
the awareness-building actions launched
by the FCC Group in its various commu-
nication channels with the objective of
creating awareness on the need to eradi-
cate this social scourge and to mitigate the
effect on its victims.
FCC signed the Collaboration Agreement
in 2010 with the Ministry of Health, Social
Services and Equality to promote Aware-
ness on Gender Violence and the Incorpo-
ration in the Job Market of its Victims and
since 2012 is a member of the Network of
Companies for a Society Free of Gender
Violence.
The Citizen Services Group has signed se-
veral agreements with entities specialising
in incorporating women who have been
victims of gender violence in the job market
and has joined several campaigns launched
by national and international institutions.

For FCC, the fight against gender vio-
lence can be summed up in two prin-
ciples:
