which, although not necessarily defined as

friendship, create a group, a solid work team

to meet the challenges that we will be facing

in the near future. I want to stress one point.

I don’t know if you are aware of or have cal-

culated the hours that we spend together.

Multiply these by the years that we have

worked together….it’s scary, no? Despite

being together for so many hours and years,

we don’t know each other. This is vital for

the business and for us in our unending task

of building and realising ourselves as people.

We had to seize the opportunity and once

we confirmed who would be attending, we

decided to plan the outing, which, once

again, was supported, by the infinite possibi-

lities of the subsidised training plan.

A motivation outing was organised under the

premise “Motivate others”. Five sports

events were organised: Running, paddle,

golf, trekking, and mountain bike. These ac-

tivities were followed by a luncheon that

brought the members of the branch office

closer together.

At the end of the event, workers participated

in a conference by D. Carlos Andreu (Motiva-

tional Speaker and Headhunter) which was a

great success among the audience. Besi-

des discovering the different traits instilled at

the branch office, it represented an authentic

plot point which raised the spirits of the

branch office, according to Carmelo, now

that a few months have passed.

Lastly, to complement the training event and

after accepting an invitation from Bodegas

Marqués de Cáceres (a winery), the emplo-

yees who participated in the outing enjoyed

a cultural visit and a unique experience in the

heart of La Rioja. Carmelo told us that they

were treated in a grand manner and that, like

the outing, it left an unsurpassable taste in

the mouth.
