Allardale Borough Council and

FCC Environment

celebrate the long

service of two of its employees

FCC Environment has been providing services to Allerdale since 1996

to a population of 92,000 residents.

Cumbria County (England).

Allerdale Borough Council and FCC Envi-

Town of Silloth, his home town, and has

remained in that position ever since. Phillip

is a reliable conscientious worker, he looks

after the town of Silloth, always goes that

extra mile and is highly thought of by many

local people and councillors.

“Richard Hudson was also employed by

Allerdale Borough Council in a position

then known as ‘Side Loader Driver’ on the

street cleaning service, and he also trans-

ferred to FOCSA Services, now FCC Envi-

ronment, in 1996. Richard was initially as-

signed to the Maryport area where he was

popular with local business people and

councillors. He later transferred to the

Workington area. Richard has remained a

driver/operative for the full length of his

service but has undertaken training to be-
