Healthy menus at the Federico Sal-
món offices
In collaboration with Alcesa, a company
which provided advice on the benefits of a
varied diet, and FCC’s Medical Services, a
healthy menu was designed for these days.
Guidelines for healthy eating habits, which
were provided by Fundación Mapfre, were
distributed as well as information on the
benefits of a varied and healthy diet. The
dishes offered at the cafeteria’s menus will
soon have a colour code (traffic light: green
