practices of Matinsa, FCC Industrial and

Infraestructuras Energéticas and FCC Aqualia

Asepeyo organised an event in Madrid as

part of an incentive system aimed at redu-

cing the rate of accidents in major compa-

nies to reward them for this work and for

their initiatives for preventing occupational

hazards and improving the rate of accident

indicators.

A diploma was given to the selected com-

panies in recognition for their work and for

being given the bonus, which, in the case of

the FCC Group, were the companies Mat-

insa, FCC IIE and FCC Aqualia.

The bonus is an incentive given by the So-

cial Security System through Asepeyo, as

the mutual insurance company collabo-

rating with the Social Security. This bonus

is awarded to companies that have contri-

buted to reducing and preventing the rate

of work accidents by making quantifiable

investments and by implementing the ap-

at FCC Industrial.

Antonio Barberá de la Torre, managing di-

rector of the Social Security Organization,

and Ángel Jurado Segovia, the director ge-

neral of the Labour Department of the Ma-

of the Regional Institute of Occupational

Safety and Health.
