Do you enjoy sports? Practice it.
FCC launches the Sports Social Network,
Sportsnet, and celebrates it by exercising
at its Las Tablas headquarters in a cam-
paigned aimed at encouraging participation
in sports activities. Taking advantage of the
launch of the platform which FCC has pro-
vided to promote physical activity among
the company’s workers, the event was a
homage to sports and culminated with a
multidisciplinary master class of Pilates and
special exercises for the gluteus, abdomi-
nals and legs.
The objective of the campaigns and the
Sports Social Network is to encourage FCC
personnel to take care of their bodies, ad-
dressing their interests, needs, and prefe-
rences. The intention is also to fight against
leading a sedentary life and to attract em-
ployees who are not too active and encou-
rage them to perform some type of physical
exercise.
Sports makes us stronger and healthier; it
improves are state of mind and wellbeing,
reduces stress, helps to create bonds and
a sense of belonging to a team or a specific
sports, enables us to set goals, and also
improves our sleep.
There are numerous sports disciplines and
types of physical activity that we can practi-
ce or our own or in a team, alone or accom-
panied. What’s your choice?
