FCC and promoting health
at the workplace
FCC is promoting
the development of a
program to promote health at
the workplace as part of the
FCC Healthy Company global
concept by means of different
practices that are being carried
out at the work sites of various
areas of the organization and
different workplaces.
The strategy is backed by the scientific
community and the leading organizations
involved in health and work, such as the
World Health Organization (WHO) and the
European Network for Workplace Health
Promotion (ENWHP). This initiative has had
a positive response by FCC management,
the different departments involved, and,
what’s most important, the workers who
are actively participating in the different
practices that have been launched.
