GUILLERMO MOYA GARCÍA-RENEDO,
director of Real Estate Management and
Development. A graduate in Civil Engi-
neering from the Technical University of
Madrid, he holds a Master’s degree in
Economics and Finance from Columbia
University (New York). Moya García-Re-
nedo began his career as project mana-
ger at ACS, then transferred to Macqua-
rie, where he worked in New York as an
investment manager in 2008 and 2009.
He returned to Madrid as an investment
executive at Atlas Capital and joined FCC
as executive advisor to the Chairman and
CEO in 2010. To date, he was Director of
Investments.
Construction
JAIME FREYRE DE ANDRADE CALONGE,
director of the FAST Consortium (Riyadh Me-
tro). A graduate in Civil Engineering from the
University of Cantabria, Freyre de Andrade
Calonge started his career at FCC in 1999,
where he has worked as site supervisor, re-
gional manager and, in the last two years,
head of the US and Canada zone. In his new
position, he will report hierarchically to the
Head of Middle East and Subsidiaries at FCC
Construction.
ÁLVARO SENADOR-GÓMEZ LÁZARO,
director of the Construction Joint Ven-
ture (CJV) for the Riyadh Metro project.
A graduate in Civil Engineering from the
Technical University of Madrid, he also
has an Executive MBA from ESIC Busi-
ness School. Since joining FCC in 2000,
Senador Gómez-Lázaro has held a num-
ber of positions, including production
manager, site supervisor, department
manager and Head of Business Deve-
lopment for the Americas I area at FCC
Industrial. In his new functions, he will
report hierarchically to the director of the
FAST Consortium.
MARINO POYATOS TAJUELO,
head of Human Resources for the
FCC Industrial division, reporting directly to Pablo Colio Abril. Marino
has a law degree. He joined FRCC in 1998 at the Eurohandling, a
joint partnership where FCC participates, in Lanzarote. Two years
later he was appointed head of Labour Relations at FlightCare, a job
he held during 5 years. In 2005, he was appointed Manager of Hu-
man Resources of the division, a post he held until 2011. Since then,
he has been a part of FCC Central Services holding several jobs in
the Labour Relations area.
As of 1 December, Marino will be in charge of the Human Resources
area for FCC Industrial investee companies with the support of the
current team.

Services
ROMAIN DVORAK,
Corporate Director of
Management Control, Budgeting and Plan-
ning within the Finance area. Dvorak gra-
duated in Economics and Business Studies
from ESSCA in Angers, holds an MBA from
Murdoch University (Australia) and comple-
ted the Advanced Management Program
(AMP) at IE Business School. Before joining
FCC, he was Controller at Avincis (owned
by US private equity firm KKR) based in
London. For more than twelve years, he
held several positions in the Control area in
the Alstom Group in Europe and Asia.
