ANTONIO ALFONSO AVELLO,
deputy
manager - International. Alfonso Avello,
who holds a degree in Civil Engineering
from the Technical University of Madrid,
also has an MBA from Wharton and spent
the early part of his career at Dragados and
Goldman Sachs. In 2008, he joined FCC
as executive advisor to the CEO. In 2010,
he was appointed General Manager of
FCC Construction’s industrial subsidiaries
and in 2013 he became managing director
of Alpine Energie, a position which he will
continue to hold alongside his new respon-
sibilities until that company is divested.
LUIS SUAREZ ZARCOS,
director of
Human Resources. This is a newly crea-
ted post In accordance with the new or-
ganizational model, reporting directly to
Agustín García Gila, the chairman of En-
vironmental Services. Suarez Marcos has
a law degree from the Universidad Com-
plutense of Madrid and began his profes-
sional career in 1990 as a labour lawyer
for Santa Bárbara de Industrias Militares.
In 1991 he joined FCC as the Manger of
the Labour Relations Department, the job
he held until now.
EDUARDO GONZÁLEZ GÓMEZ,
non-executive chairman of FCC
Aqualia. After graduating in Indus-
trial Engineering from the Technical
University of Madrid, he began his
career at Iberduero (later Iberdro-
la), where he held a range of senior
management positions in operations
and at the parent company. He is
also a former chairman of the Spa-
nish Nuclear Industry Forum and of
Foratom. In 2008, he joined FCC as
chairman and general manager of
the Energy division, a position which
he currently holds.
FÉLIX PARRA MEDIAVILLA,
general
manager of FCC Aqualia. He gradua-
ted in Geology from Madrid Complu-
tense University in 1977. From 1980 to
1993, he worked at Geoservices, S.A.,
an oilfield services multinational. In
1993, he joined the Générale des Eaux
Group (currently Veolia) in Spain, whe-
re he was deputy regional manager for
Andalucía, head of development, and
finally regional manager for Central
Spain from 1998. In 2000, he was ap-
pointed manager for Central Spain by
Aqualia. At the end of February 2013,
he was appointed Deputy General Ma-
nager of FCC Aqualia.

ISIDORO MARBÁN FERNÁNDEZ,
Financial Director of FCC Aqualia.
Marbán has a degree in Economics
and Business Administration from
Universidad Autónoma de Madrid
and broad post-graduate studies.
He joined FCC in 1987 with various
functions and ressponsbilities at the
national and international level in the
FCC Group¡s Finance area.
FRANCISCO JAVIER MARTÍN GARRI-
GA,
director of the Barcelona Capital
and Balearic Islands branch office, he
replaces Pablo Martín Zamora. An indus-
trial Engineer, he joined FCC in 189 as a
degree-qualified technician in the Urban
Sanitation Production Department. In
1993 he was appointed manager of Mu-
sersa a joint partnership with the Girona
City Council, and in 1996 as the Manager
of Public Cleaning and Waste Collection
department in Barcelona, the job he oc-
cupied until now.
