The
GONZALO RODRÍGUEZ MOURULLO
is one of Spain’s most prestigious jurists.
He holds a PhD in Law from the Universi-
ty of Santiago. He is currently a professor
emeritus at the Autonomous University of
Madrid and a full member of the Spanish
Academy of Jurisprudence and Legisla-
tion. He was awarded the Castelao medal,
the highest honour granted by the Galicia
regional government, for his contribution
to jurisprudence. He has been a member
of the Madrid Bar since 1962.
OLIVIER ORSINI
is currently Head of Internatio-
nal Development at Électricité de France (EDF).
He was formerly Chairman of Proactiva, from
December 2002 until June 2013, when Veo-
lia, one of the founding shareholders, acquired
FCC’s 50% stake. Orsini has been general se-
cretary and deputy general manager of Veolia
Environnement, the world’s largest environmen-
tal services group, where he spent almost his
entire career up to April 2012. With a degree in
Applied Economics, he is a graduate of the Éco-
le Supérieure de Commerce in Paris and has ex-
tensive international experience in environmental
services and infrastructure management.
