cordance with the objectives set out in Hori-
zon 2020 and 2050 are focused on the res-
ponsible use of resources, waste recycling
and the reduction of greenhouse gas (GEI)
emissions. These comprise a constantly
evolving framework that is reflected in the
drafting of strategies for the fight against
climate change at the national and regional
levels.
This makes it necessary for all social and
economic actors to integrate in their mana-
gement model the efficient use of goods and
processes in order to promote a low-carbon
economy. To achieve this, it is necessary to
