FCC remains committed to the inte-
gration of people with physical and in-
tellectual disabilities in the job market,
bearing much in mind the concept of
disability but discovering another con-
cept: diversity of capabilities. Attitudes
and capabilities such as constancy, de-
dication, a noble spirit, perfectionism
at work, undoubtedly make up for any
other type of disability and enable the
job and personal integration in a com-
pany such as ours and, in short, in the
current society.
