It is very important to encourage prevention
at all educational levels and among those
who are about to join the job market, at
home and at all levels in the community.
Transferring the knowledge acquired at our
jobs and in our day-to-day lives is essential.
Another alternative is to participate in fo-
rums and in seminars, at universities and
schools to explain the current problems
and to increase awareness among future
professionals.
The culture of prevention is encouraged
throughout the FCC Group thanks to cour-
ses at all hierarchical levels in terms of man-
datory training as well as specific training
for a particular job.
