Fira Tower in Barcelona was the venue for
the Group’s Annual General Meeting on 28
June.
Two floors, 14 and 15, of the Fira Tower
were fitted for the event. Both floors were
covered with a total of 1,700 metres of car-
peting and 17 metres of opaque methac-
rylate, in the form of buildings, and 45 me-
ters of vinyl to decorate the spaces.
The main stage was on the 15th floor and
featured a large LED screen 6.25 metres
wide and 2.4 metres high. On the 14th floor,
80-inch screens were installed for following
the event in real time. Three-hundred chairs
for attendants were placed on the two
floors.
The meeting was illuminated with 6,000 Kw
of light for the 19 light fixtures installed in
the various scenarios. For the sound, 7,000
watts were required for the 12 micropho-
nes that were used. Also was installed a
simultaneous translation system for the two
floors with 100 receivers and earplugs as-
sisted by a translation cabin.
