construction of three phases, developed entire- ly by FCC Construcción, totalling more than 10 million euro. The first phase consisted in the realization of the demolitions, ear- thworks, foundations, execution of screen walls and slabs. The second and third phases contemplated the development of the structure of the new building, the completion of the exterior enclosure of all the faca- des, waterproofing and roofing. During the second and third pha- ses, FCC Construcción erected the structure of a seven-storey building on a plot of land adjacent to the current hospital, completing the exterior enclosure of all the façades and the roof waterproofing and flooring work. FCC Construcción has extensive experience in the execution of in- ternational hospital infrastructu- res, which includes Ciudad de la Salud and Luis Chicho Fábregas Hospital in Panama; Enniskillen Hospital, in Ireland, or the Cojute- peque Hospital, in El Salvador. Nationwide, FCC Construcción has developed: the Maternity of O’Donell (Madrid), Hospital de La Línea (Cádiz), Son Espases Hospital (Mallorca), General Hos- pital of La Mancha Centro (Ciu- dad Real), Ciudad Real General Hospital, Hospital de Arganda (Madrid), Hospital de Torrejón (Madrid), Hospital de Salaman- ca, Reina Sofia Hospital (Murcia), University Hospital of Valdecilla (Santander), Campus Health Hos- pital of Granada and the Hospital of Cartagena (Murcia).
