FCC pays tribute to the company’s employees on their 40th and 25th anniversaries The FCC Group presented the Lo- yalty Awards to people who have been with the company for 40 and 25 years in a tribute held at the Las Tablas corporate headquarters in Madrid. The ceremony was presided over by Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, chair of the FCC Group, and Pablo Colio, the Company’s CEO, accom- panied by senior executives from the business areas. Pablo Colio welcomed the attendees and congratulated the award-win- ners for their contribution to creating the company that FCC is today. The She thanked them for their work and effort throughout their professional careers, as well as for their high de- gree of loyalty, trust, commitment and passion for FCC. She also ad- ded, paraphrasing Carlos Slim, that “there is no challenge that we cannot achieve by working together and uni- ted”; and he mentioned her mother, Esther Koplowitz, referring to her as “her soul and an example to follow”. After these speeches, the prizes were handed out in recognition of the career and work of those professio- nals who have dedicated 40 and 25 CEO thanked all the winners for their dedication and loyalty and expres- sed his desire to continue building FCC’s future together. In his speech, he expressed his pride in being the leader of one of the best professional teams in the world, capable of mana- ging and realising major projects and providing the best service to citizens. He stressed FCC’s growth had been achieved thanks to everyone’s effort, talent and motivation.
