Coinciding with the International Day of People with Disabilities, Aqualia joins the campaign #Contralasetique- tas of the Adecco Foundation to de- mand the social and labour inclusion of people with disabilities in the face of all the social barriers and prejudi- ces they face on a daily basis. Under the slogan “Now and in the fu- ture we fight against labels”, the cam- paign focuses on launching a spot in which more than one hundred soli- darity companies have collaborated, including Aqualia. It shows us how in 2049 digitalization, robotization Aqualia #Contralasetiquetas (Against labels) campaign in favour of the integration of people with disabilities in the workplace and artificial intelligence have revo- lutionized the reality in which we live. Nevertheless, the development of technologies has progressed without taking into account one of the grea- test challenges: inequality and social exclusion. The #Contralasetiquetas campaign invites us to reflect on the future that we are designing in order to advance towards an inclusive technology that does not mark differences, promoting equal opportunities and the labour in- tegration of people with disabilities. As part of its social responsibility po- licy, Aqualia is committed to the nor- malisation of disability and joins the Adecco Foundation’s awareness-rai- sing campaign to contribute its gra- in of sand in the common project to achieve a better society.
