The book “Women in the First Person”, published by Aqualia, brings together the experience of more than 60 women, both Aqualia em- ployees in various municipalities and representatives of the Public Administration, in their day-to-day management of the integral wa- ter cycle, and from their positions in the various town councils. This action is part of the set of activities that Aqualia carries out as a company with the “Equality in the Company” seal, awarded by the Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Equality. Among them is the Mentoring Program to promote female talent or the Program for the Development of Women with High Potential. The book is the result and a further demonstration of Aqualia’s commitment to equality.
