We are FCC - Nº4

FCC entered into a collaboration agreement with Asociación Nor- te Joven for hiring of young people and adults registered in the entity’s Employment Office. This agreement is in keeping with FCC’s social com- mitment to the communities where it operates, promoting the improve- ment of job placement and the social integration of groups who are vulne- rable and encounter difficulties in fin- ding a job. The signing of the agreement be- tween FCC Medio Ambiente and Nor- te Joven gives an incentive to both institutions to continue working toge- ther on this initiative. It will offer disad- vantaged groups new opportunities in the area of street cleansing and other fields such as building maintenance and environmental services. In addi- tion, it opens a path towards job tra- ining and placement in jobs required by FCC, implementing new collabora- tive projects that improve the emplo- yability of disadvantaged groups.
