Romania continues to prove itself as one of the emerging powers in Euro- pe in recent years. The health crisis the world is going through has not stopped FCC’s activity in the cons- truction of line 5 of the Bucharest metro. A truly ambitious project, in addition to contributing to the impro- vement and remodelling of one of the city’s most important infrastruc- tures, the aim of the initial objecti- ve was to expand and improve the mobility of the two and a half million people of Bucharest who live in its metropolitan area.
