A charming
city, Pamplona is modern,
with clean streets, and
beautiful districts
Since its birth, however, the city has expe-
rienced profound transformations, always
expanding and recording significant urban,
economic and social-cultural growth. It has
become a city offering a many social, edu-
cational, and health services, spaces dedi-
cated to leisure, and industrial and commu-
nication hubs. It is a modern city with an
excellent quality of life.
Gastronomy
One of the city’s major attractions, its cuisi-
ne has gained an excellent reputation over
time thanks to the variety of its recipes, the
richness and quality of its ingredients, and
the exceptional combination of the original
and local elements of northern Spain and
its subtle French influence.
One can visit each of tapa restaurants, all
of which are located near each other, to try
the different “pinchos”. The tradition among
the locals is to cover this route with friends
