Jose Mª Ardoy, Aqualia’s manager in Vigo
made a presentation to 40 schoolchildren
in the Chans Bembrive school in Vigo of the
educational comic book, “GLUGLÚ visits a
waste recycling plant” The event took place
at the Lagares waste water treatment plant.
Afterwards, the children were taken on
a tour of the installation by Aqualia tech-
nicians who discussed the waste water
treatment process in Vigo and its importan-
ce as part of the end-to-end water cycle.
Jose Mª Ardoy explained to them that “it is
fundamental to treat waste water to ensure
that water returns to its natural medium in
optimal conditions”.
