Stefan Ebenbauer, engineer
Stefan, an engineer, has been living and
working in Alta since May 2011. He has had
experiences similar to those of his collea-
gue: “The harsh weather conditions, logis-
tics problems in such a remote region, the
difficulties in communicating because of the
language barrier,...”.
Then, there are the challenges posed by
the project: a cable-stayed bridge is one
of the most complex engineering projects.
On top of this, 100 km/hour wind in the au-
tumn and temperatures below 30 degrees
in the winter, do not make the job easier.
Ebenbauer, told us that “we are making
progress thanks to a highly professional
