Expo World Congress
The Smart City Expo World Congress, the
leading movement worldwide for the deve-
lopment of intelligent communities that pro-
mote innovative and sustainable cities, was
held in Barcelona from 12 to 15 November
2012. For the first time, FCC participated
under a single brand.
The congress offered the opportunity of
starting to work in-house among the di-
fferent business areas. For the first, time,

under the Intelligent Services banner. The
company has combined the institutional
projection of the company with the initiati-
ves and interests of the different business
areas.
More than 3000 people received informa-
tion from FCC and more than 400 partici-
pated actively in our activities, including
clients, authorities, companies, and dele-
gations. The involvement of more than 100
people from different FCC Group compa-
nies and business areas contributed to the
success of this second edition of the Smart
City Expo.
