The design of Line One of the Panama Me-
tro envisages the construction of 12 pas-
senger stations; six for the underground
section, five for the ground level sections,
and one for the semi-buried section. As part
of the project, there are plans, currently un-
der evaluation by the National Government
of Panama, to build an additional station in
the Curundú district.
