During the tour of the facilities, guests were
able to see the cement manufacturing pro-
cess and a quarry explosion before ending
their visit.
All visitors were able witness frst-hand the
safety and health conditions at the El Alto
factory, not just at the installations but also
the work procedures. The occupational
hazard prevention management system
has been awarded the OHSAS 18001 Cer-
tifcation.
