On her motivation for working in this sector: She entered the construction sector thanks to her interest in engineering. She was previously a fight atten-dant and accordingly, had knowledge of both worlds and knew that there was no such thing as professions that were restricted only for men or women. She appreciates the support she received from her superiors since she needed that support at the projects.

Her motto: It is important to enjoy what you do. If this is the case, you are committed and ready to give the best of yourself.
