On construction work: there is a large number of competent women in this sector, and what is most gratifying is to make what you design a reality.

Her motto: Barriers are not placed by anybody else, we are the ones who place them. You have to be very clear about what you want in life, know the importan-ce that you attach to your work and to your personal life. Those who are not in the sector is because they don’t want to.
